PS: Writing a post every week as I set as a goal when I started this blog doesn't seem a realistic aim. It is not that I am not painting (presents!)but there are too many other things going on to find time to write. But I hope the frequency of posts will improve in the next year when all Sinterklaas and Christmas activities have finished.
You can click on the pictures to enlarge them. I thought that this French bread tray asked for a 'long design' so a stream of running water seemed ideal as it can be extended to any length. Once I had painted the tap and the birdies something was still missing so I added the old wall in the background and found a quote that goes with it all. Et voila!, my first 'urban painting'.
