I love tea pots because they make nice gifts. You can give just a tea pot or you can make a set with a few mugs or bekers or a sugar and milk bowl. The two piece tea pots always inspire me to have a joke and it is great to work with the shape of a pot.
FEELING DOWN, SADDLE UP! I bought the tea pot some years ago because I liked the shape. But I didn't know what to do whit it until I suddenly saw that the lid had the shape of a saddle. This is how this tea set started. If you want to read more about it, have a look at my blog of November 2013 |

I'LL BE YOUR LIGHTHOUSE IF YOU''LL BE MY SEA.... A teapot with a cup underneath it and 4 lighthouses that can 'mix and match' by turning the pot around. When you lift the pot, you notice the sea underneath it. It was tricky to make the lighthouses fit in the different positions. You can read more about it in my blog of 01/11 2013 |

A little teapot to go with the service with sunflowers and aeroplanes that I painted for my daughter.
For my Son who played accordeon in a rock band called "Hobo Stink". The tea pot is earthenware so I couldn't fire it too many times otherwise it might have broken.
